Notes from our blockman

All our game burgers are handmade. Venison meat mostly from springbok, kudu and gemsbok is used together with our own selection of carefully selected herbs and spices – no retail burger mixes. Either pork or crocodile fat is added and for a slightly smoky flavour, minced carpaccio is added. The main feature of our burgers is that NO egg, starch, crumb, or binding agent is used. Our burgers are pure meat. Burgers are packed individually and weigh 200g each.
