Our game sausage is made from various venison meat cuts usually shoulder, leg, neck, and rib. Minced carpaccio is added to give it a slightly smoky flavour. We make the warthog sausage with pork fat whilst the venison sausage is made with crocodile fat. The venison sausage has a deep red colour with “boerewors” undertones and slight smoky taste. The warthog sausage has a light pink colour and a definitive herby and smoky flavour. All our sausages are handmade, and only natural hog or sheep casings are used. We use our own selection of carefully selected herbs and spices (no premix retail sausage mixes). Sausages are packed in three ways: 750g rolls; foot long lengths of 6 in a pack; and cocktail sausages.
For a perfect hot dog, a wonderful breakfast addition or just a good complement for that braai on Saturday.
