Venison fillets are flavourful, tender cuts of meat and have many culinary possibilities.
They can be used to make venison sosaties, a melt in the mouth stroganoff or butterflied and crumbed to make a schnitzel. As sosaties, they go well on the skewer with fruit such as dried apricots, pineapple or mango, along with baby onions and perhaps a jalapeno pepper as a kicker. You are only limited by your imagination.
